We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you aren't, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and not personalized.

Personalized items are not returnable.

For customers in Italy and Spain, the first return is free. For other countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Credit times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

In the event of a defective item or an error on our part, a full refund is guaranteed at no additional cost to you.
