About us

QKIBÚ was born even before I knew it.

The seed was planted the day I found out I would be an aunt for the first time. From there, it grew slowly, nourished by the love of those around me.

I owe everything to two special people: my older sister, who gave me the greatest gift one could ever receive — making me an aunt. And my twin, who gave a name to that collection of feelings and emotions that words struggle to contain, but which are all united by an infinite love.

This project would not have existed without the love of my parents and my partner, who have always believed in me more than I sometimes did myself. And without the support of all my loved ones. Thank you endlessly.

The Pineapple Symbol

The pineapple wasn't chosen at random: it symbolizes family, and at the same time, it speaks of my love for nature, for things made in their own time, for quality materials.

The work behind each piece

I've always had a passion for handmade things — creative, unique, designed to be different. Gradually, I gave them more and more space in my life, learning techniques that risked falling into oblivion. Not just to preserve them, but to restore the value they deserve.

QKIBÚ products are not just threads and fabric. They are soul.
They are years of research, challenges, design mistakes, and patterns redone
until they were right. They are hours spent searching for the perfect fabrics, testing them, combining them, finding the right padding. They are continuous study, because there is always something new to learn.

Where thread meets soul.
